МЕТОД «ЗАТРАТЫ-ВЫПУСК» В ОЦЕНКЕ СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИХ ЭФФЕКТОВ: МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ВЫЗОВЫ И ИННОВАЦИОННЫЙ ПОТЕНЦИАЛ ДЛЯ РАЗВИТИЯ

В статье представлены определение и анализ подхода к оценке косвенных и вынужденных социально-экономических эффектов на основе метода «затраты-выпуск». Авторами систематизированы принципы и ключевые математические зависимости, используемые для описания межотраслевых связей; оценена применимость метода «затраты-выпуск» в отечественной и зарубежной практике; рассмотрены перспективы и предложены направления развития методологии на базе интеграции новых данных, развития мультиспектральных моделей, разработки междисциплинарных подходов.

The article presents the definition and analysis of an approach to the assessment of indirect and forced socio-economic effects based on the input-output method. The authors systematize the principles and key mathematical dependencies used to describe intersectoral relationships; assess the applicability of the input-output method in domestic and foreign practice; consider the prospects and propose directions for the development of methodology based on the integration of new data, the development of multispectral models, and the development of interdisciplinary approaches.
