ДИАГНОСТИКА ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ МОЧЕПОЛОВОЙ СИСТЕМЫ И МЕТОДЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ КОТОВ

Болезни органов мочевыделения широко распространены у всех видов животных и по частоте встречаемости у кошек уступают только болезням органов пищеварения. К хирургическим болезням нижних мочевыводящих путей относят уролитиаз различной этиологии, врождённые аномалии развития мочеполовых органов, первичные опухоли мочевого пузыря и уретры, метастатические процессы, затрагивающие мочевой пузырь и уретру (в том числе вызывающие компрессию уретры и нарушение оттока мочи), травмы органов мочеполовой системы. При этом такие состояния, как острая задержка мочи, гематурия, анурия классифицируются, как неотложные. По литературным данным, болезни органов мочевыделения составляют от 10 до 18% от всей незаразной патологии мелких домашних животных. У кошек болезни нижних мочевыводящих путей находятся на первом месте среди причин обращений в ветеринарные клиники. При этом более чем 49% урологических больных требуется хирургическое лечение. Одним из методов хирургического лечения животных с болезнями мочевыводящих путей являются реконструктивные (восстановительные) операции.

Diseases of the urinary organs are widespread in all species of animals and in terms of frequency of occurrence in cats are second only to diseases of the digestive organs. Surgical diseases of the lower urinary tract include urolithiasis of various etiologies, congenital anomalies of the genitourinary organs, primary tumors of the bladder and urethra, metastatic processes affecting the bladder and urethra (including those causing compression of the urethra and impaired outflow of urine), injuries to the organs of the genitourinary system. At the same time, conditions such as acute urinary retention, hematuria, and anuria are classified as emergencies. According to literature data, diseases of the urinary organs account for 10 to 18% of all non-communicable pathologies of small domestic animals. In cats, diseases of the lower urinary tract are in first place among the reasons for visits to veterinary clinics. Moreover, more than 49% of urological patients require surgical treatment. One of the methods of surgical treatment of animals with urinary tract diseases is reconstructive (restorative) operations.
