РАЗВИТИЕ УМНЫХ ГОРОДОВ И ИХ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ

В статье исследуются социально-экономические вопросы внедрения технологий «умного города» в условиях современных мегаполисов. Основной целью исследования является анализ влияния технологий умного города на качество жизни населения, экономическую эффективность управления городом и перспективы развития городских систем. Методология исследования основывается на двухэтапном подходе: базовая оценка экономического эффекта от внедрения технологий и учет временного аспекта с дисконтированием денежных потоков Основные выводы исследования показывают, что экономический эффект от внедрения технологий умного города значительно увеличивается при учете долгосрочного временного фактора. Это подтверждает целесообразность инвестирования в данные технологии на длительный период. Авторы обсуждают возможные пути оптимизации затрат на внедрение умных технологий, включая распределение затрат во времени, пересмотр стратегии дисконтирования и привлечение государственных субсидий.

The article examines the socio-economic issues of the introduction of smart city technologies in modern megacities. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of smart city technologies on the quality of life of the population, the economic efficiency of city management and the prospects for the development of urban systems. The research methodology is based on a two-stage approach: a basic assessment of the economic effect of the introduction of technologies and taking into account the time aspect with discounted cash flows. The main conclusions of the study show that the economic effect of the introduction of smart city technologies increases significantly when taking into account the long-term time factor. This confirms the expediency of investing in these technologies for a long period. The authors discuss possible ways to optimize the costs of implementing smart technologies, including cost allocation over time, reviewing the discounting strategy and attracting government subsidies
