SYMBIOTIC DECISION-MAKING SYSTEMS: THE INTERSECTION OF HUMAN AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

In the era of rapid technological development in the 21st century, which many experts refer to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence (AI) has received a new impetus for development and is increasingly integrated into our daily lives. This trend has become especially noticeable in the last few years. This article presents a novel approach to understanding and implementing AI technology, based on a "symbiotic alliance" between humans and machines. The article explores the concept of "symbiotic decision-making systems" (SDMS), which represent a new paradigm in decision-making. SDMS are grounded in the intersection and symbiosis of human and machine intelligence. The article introduces the definition of SDMS and proposes a classification system for them.
