Competitiveness is an important component of the effective functioning of an enterprise in a competitive struggle. The purpose of this study is the importance of increasing the competitiveness of the company "Natura Siberica" in the modern economy. The article suggests the main ways to achieve this goal, such as the development of innovations, improvement of product quality, optimization of production processes, increasing the efficiency of management and marketing activities. Each of these approaches is analyzed, as well as specific methods and technologies that can be used by an enterprise to improve its competitiveness are described. The analytical method and synthesis are used in the work. In conclusion, the main ways to increase the competitiveness of Natura Siberica LLC are considered.
