FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATION AND REMUNERATION OF LABOR IN OIL AND GAS COMPANIES ON THE EXAMPLE OF PJSC "OC" ROSNEFT"

The article is dedicated to the issue of remuneration in the oil and gas companies. It discusses the main factors affecting the size of salaries of oil and gas industry workers, as well as problems related to inequality in pay between different categories of employees. The article also presents data on the average salary in the oil and gas industry and compares it with other sectors of the economy.
