This article discusses issues related to changes in the structure of the fashion market, caused by the withdrawal from the market of a number of foreign companies. The reason for the mass statements about leaving the Russian market was the start of a special military operation. For Russian companies, the termination of the activities of foreign companies means an opportunity to occupy the vacated market share, however, this task is fraught with a number of difficulties that have arisen due to sanctions, logistics costs, and rising prices for fabrics and accessories. The article is devoted to the analysis of the current situation in which the companies remaining on the market are.
