Участие профсоюзов Федеративной Республики Германии в Еврокампании - 2024 немецких партий: анализ политической субъектности

В статье отражена роль, которую сыграли профсоюзы Федеративной Республики Германии в выступлении политических партий своей страны на выборах в Европарламент в 2024 году. Тред-юнионы показали свою способность участвовать в формировании и продвижении политической повестки, лоббировать интересы своих сторонников, принимать участие в предвыборной агитационной работе, поддерживать симпатизирующие им партии и противостоять политическим противникам. Таким образом, не являясь прямыми участниками выборов, они оказывали прямое воздействие как на политические партии ФРГ, представившие своих кандидатов, так и на отношение к ним граждан страны. Среди всех принимавших участие в выборах в Европарламент - 2024 немецких партий основное внимание сосредоточила на себе «Альтернатива для Германии» (АдГ), фактически противопоставившая себя всей политической системе страны. Контрагитация профсоюзов против АдГ стала центральным сюжетом всей деятельности тред-юнионов в ходе данной кампании и наиболее важным аспектом с точки зрения политического анализа. Принимая активное участие в электоральном процессе на федеральном и европейском уровне для достижения заявленных целей, профсоюзы Германии проявили себя как самодостаточный актор немецкой политики. Целью настоящего исследования является выявление степени влияния профсоюзов ФРГ на политический процесс и эффективность их политической субъектности. В статье приведен обзор актуальных работ европейских и российских ученых как по профсоюзной проблематике, так и по вопросу природы политической субъектности как политологической категории.

The article reflects the role played by the trade unions of the Federal Republic of Germany in the performance of their country's political parties in the elections to the European Parliament in 2024. Trade unions have shown their ability to participate in the formation and promotion of the political agenda, lobby for the interests of their supporters, take part in election campaigning, support parties sympathetic to them and resist political opponents. Thus, not being direct participants in the elections, they had a direct impact on both the German political parties that presented their candidates and the attitude of the country's citizens towards them. Among all the German parties that took part in the elections to the European Parliament - 2024, the main focus was on the "Alternative for Germany" (AfD), which actually opposed itself to the entire political system of the country. The counter-agitation of trade unions against the AfD has become the central plot of all trade union activities during this campaign and the most important aspect from the point of view of political analysis. By actively participating in the electoral process at the federal and European levels to achieve their stated goals, German trade unions have proved themselves to be a self-sufficient actor in German politics. The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of influence of German trade unions on the political process and the effectiveness of their political subjectivity. This topic has not been studied by Russian scientists, which determines the theoretical and practical significance of the study. The article provides an overview of current works by European and Russian scientists both on trade union issues and on the nature of political subjectivity as a political science category.
