Ключевые риски при реализации инновационных проектов

Внедрение инноваций в деятельность предприятия представляет собой сложный процесс, в рамках которого грамотное управление рисками играет решающую роль в успешности реализации инновационного проекта. Учитывая специфику современного рынка, где цифровизация развивается активными темпами, создавая новые правила и тренды, которым компании должны следовать для сохранения и укрепления собственных конкурентоспособных позиций на рынке. В данной статье автор исследует основные факторы риска, представляющие угрозу реализации инновационных проектов. Соответственно, также в работе затронута тема особенностей управления рисками в условиях цифровизации. По итогам статьи автор изучает основные методы оценки рисков.

The introduction of innovations into the activities of an enterprise is a complex process, within which competent risk management plays a decisive role in the successful implementation of an innovative project. Given the specifics of the modern market, where digitalization is developing at an active pace, creating new rules and trends that companies must follow to maintain and strengthen their own competitive positions in the market. In this article, the author examines the main risk factors that pose a threat to the implementation of innovative projects. Accordingly, the work also touches on the topic of risk management features in the context of digitalization. Based on the results of the article, the author studies the main methods of risk assessment.
