Теоретические основы инновационной инфраструктуры и инновационного климата

Для обеспечения эффективного экономического развития страны в условиях цифровизации требуется создание благоприятного инновационного климата и инфраструктуры. Изучение теоретической основы этих двух составляющих необходимо для формирования подходов и стратегий для реализации мероприятий по улучшению инновационного климата и инфраструктуры, а также анализа их зрелости. Актуальность данной работы заключается в том, что способность воспроизводить собственные инновации сегодня является одним из главнейших критериев конкурентоспособности страны и обеспечения ее технологического суверенитета. В данной работе автор проводит исследование теоретических понятий «инновационной инфраструктуры» и «инновационного климата», критериев их оценки и показателей эффективности их развития.

To ensure effective economic development of the country in the context of digitalization, it is necessary to create a favorable innovative climate and infrastructure. Studying the theoretical basis of these two terms is necessary to form approaches and strategies for implementing measures to improve the innovative climate and infrastructure, as well as to analyze their maturity. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the ability to reproduce its own innovations today is one of the most important criteria for the competitiveness of the country and ensuring its technological sovereignty. In this paper, the author conducts a study of the theoretical concepts of “innovation infrastructure” and “innovation climate”, criteria for their evaluation and indicators of the effectiveness of their development.
