ФАКТОРЫ, ВЛИЯЮЩИЕ НА ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЕ ЦИФРОВЫХ ЭКОСИСТЕМ

В 20-е годы XXI века получил развитие особый вид конвергенции цифровых, социальных и экономических систем, который можно определить, как цифровые экосистемы. Цифровые экосистемы, влияя на экономическую и социальную сферу, а также на процесс цифровизации сами находятся под влиянием разнообразных факторов. Изучение этапов развития цифровых экосистем, влияющих на них факторов, имеет существенное значение для прогнозирования экономического, социального и цифрового развития на макро - и микроэкномическом уровнях и является основной темой работы. Проблема, рассматриваемая в статье, - выявление факторов, которые могут стимулировать и препятствовать развитию цифровых экосистем. Цель работы, раскрываемая в рамках данной статьи, состоит в выделении факторов, оказывающих наиболее существенное влияние на развитие экосистем в современных условиях. Для достижения названной цели в статье представляются следующие научные результаты, достигнутые авторами. На основе теории жизненного цикла и наблюдения за функционированием и развитием цифровых экосистем определены этапы их развития и присущие этим этапам признаки. На основе теории систем, с учетом специфики экономических, социальных и цифровых систем систематизированы факторы развития цифровых экосистем. С учетом процессов, происходящих с цифровыми экосистемами, на современном этапе их жизненного цикла, определен набор факторов, оказывающих стимулирующее и препятствующее их развитию влияние.

In the 20s of the XXI century, a special kind of convergence of digital, social and economic systems was developed, which can be defined as digital ecosystems. Digital ecosystems, influencing the economic and social sphere, as well as the process of digitalization, are themselves influenced by various factors. The study of the stages of development of digital ecosystems and the factors influencing them is essential for forecasting economic, social and digital development at the macro- and microeconomical levels and is the main topic of the work. The problem discussed in the article is the identification of factors that can stimulate and hinder the development of digital ecosystems. The purpose of the work disclosed in this article is to identify the factors that have the most significant impact on the development of ecosystems in modern conditions. To achieve this goal, the article presents the following scientific results achieved by the authors. Based on the theory of the life cycle and observation of the functioning and development of digital ecosystems, the stages of their development and the characteristics inherent in these stages are determined. Based on the theory of systems, taking into account the specifics of economic, social and digital systems, the factors of the development of digital ecosystems are systematized. Taking into account the processes taking place with digital ecosystems at the present stage of their life cycle, a set of factors has been identified that have a stimulating and hindering influence on their development.
