Waveguide light scattering: Correct restoration of the statistic characteristic of the thin films and optical surface irregularities

The solutions of the direct and inverse waveguide scattering problems are described in the paper. The method, permitting to receive an approximate regularised solution of the waveguide scattering inverse problem, is presented. The results of the computer modelling are depicted.
