This paper analyses the use of ICT in the field of climate management as the basis of the growth of the effectiveness of the environmentally oriented entrepreneurship’s functioning. We elaborate on the state and problems of the implementation and adaptation of digital technologies by market members on the example of partner countries, namely Azerbaijan, Turkey and Kazakhstan. The study demonstrates the technological advantages of the Turkish technology sector, which positively influence the digitalization of companies in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and contribute to environmental conservation. The scientific contribution of this research is the identification of forms (models) of the implementation of ICT according to the policy and financial capabilities of companies and the description of the pros and cons of their usage. This work is aimed at the assessment of the effect of the implementation of digital technologies on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship activities. This goal implies the following tasks: determining the dynamics of the indicators of digitalization and effectiveness of certain companies of the selected countries; determining the dependence between two groups of indicators; discovering tendencies of international partnership between companies of the selected countries (Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan) in the sphere of the digital economy, which led to an increase in effectiveness. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
