The intensive development of the agro-industrial complex and its formation transition from one level to a higher level of development of technical systems, technologies and productivity will require changes in the educational system, namely, the transition to the formation of research and innovative universities of the world level. From the above, the following tasks arise: expansion of systemic interaction in the field of research and development with Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and foreign enterprises and organizations in the field of software development; ensuring effective technology transfer to the economy of the agricultural sector (development and commercialization of high technologies).
