Научная статья посвящена исследованию теоретических аспектов и практической роли комплаенс-контроля кредитных операций для современных предприятий экономики России. Перечислены функции, на основе которых базируется комплаенс-контроль. Выделены этапы процесса риск-менеджмента, благодаря которым проводится комплаенс-контроль кредитных операций.

A scientific article is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects and the practical role of compliance control of credit operations for modern enterprises of the Russian economy. The functions on the basis of which compliance control is based are listed. The stages of the risk management process are identified, due to which compliance control of credit operations is carried out.
