В работе приведены результаты контент-анализа стенограмм выступлений Президента РФ по проблемам экологии и безопасного обращения с отходами в России. Охарактеризована роль государства и представлены направления государственной коммуникативной политики в области обращения с отходами.

Communicative policy of Russia in the field of solid municipal waste management

The work presents the results of the content analysis of the stenograms of the speeches of the President of the Russian Federation on the problems of ecology and safe handling of waste in Russia. The role of the state is characterized and directions of the state communicative policy in the field of waste management are presented.
