STUDY OF THE MICELLE FORMATION IN A SOLUTION OF SURFACE ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

The development and implementation of innovative dosage forms is one of the important tasks for medicine. Such dosage forms can reduce the effect of side effects, increase the action and 61 bioavailability of the drug and ensure the directional transport of drugs to the focus of pathology in the human body. One of the types of drug delivery systems are micelles. A small literature review on the process of micelle formation in solutions of surfactants, as well as methods for determining the critical concentration of micelle formation, is considered.
