ПРОБЛЕМЫ СОВРЕМЕННОГО ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ РАБОТЫ ЖУРНАЛИСТА В УСЛОВИЯХ ВОЕННОГО КОНФЛИКТА (на примере Украины)

В статье представлен анализ проблем регулирования журналистской деятельности в условиях конфликта с неопределенным правовым статусом. Материал основан на прецедентах в отношении оппозиционных украинских СМИ, освещающих события на Востоке Украины. Кроме того, предложен комплекс практических профессиональных рекомендаций, позволяющих избежать негативных последствий работы в зоне вооруженного противостояния, статус которого не имеет четкого определения.

In this article are analyzed the modern interpretation of the military conflict and the legal status of journalists in the conditions of war. As an example of legal conflicts in the status of a journalist on the territory of military operations was taken the conflict in the Donbass. Practical examples demonstrate threats and facts of violation of the rights of representatives of the media environment. Practical recommendations are given to journalists how to avoid negative consequences of work in countries with clearly unrecognized status of the conflict.
