Ее основой в XXI веке является стабильная макроэкономическая динамика, поскольку Автор исходит из того, что в ус ловиях экономического подъема интеграционные процессы в регионе усиливаются. В то же время ав тор считает, что социально-экономические проблемы, характерные для стран Африки или отдельных ее регионов, также могут служить основой для активизации интеграционных процессов.

Countries of the Eastern African Community in the 21st century: problems and perspectives

Regional economic integration in the countries of East Africa, like in the entire Sub-Saharan Afri ca as a whole, remains an urgent task for States. Its basis in the 21st century is stable macroeconomic dynamics, as the author proceeds from the point of view that, in the conditions of economic recovery integration processes in the region is intensifying. At the same time, the author believes that the socio-economic problems that are com mon to countries of Africa or its individual regions can also serve as a basis for activating integration processes.
