Анализ специфических особенностей процессов планирования и мониторинга результатов деятельности предприятий отечественного оборонно-промышленного комплекса

В настоящей статье процессы планирования и мониторинга рассматриваются как элементы управления предприятиями оборонно-промышленного комплекса. Представлены основные инструменты программно-целевого планирования развития промышленности, разработанные в разные периоды в стране. Проанализирован состав государственного оборонного заказа. Проведен анализ специфики государственной программы вооружения, выделены основные этапы ее разработки. Рассмотрены особенности существующей системы сбора статистических данных по результатам деятельности предприятий.

Analysis of specific features of planning and monitoring of results of activity of the enterprises of the domestic military-industrial complex

In the present article, planning and monitoring processes are considered as elements of management of enterprises of the military-industrial complex. The main tools of program and target planning of industry development, developed in different periods in the country, are presented. The composition of the state defense order is analyzed. The analysis of specificity of the state program of arms is carried out, the main stages of its development are allocated. The features of the existing system of statistical data collection on the results of enterprises are considered.
