Экономическая эффективность инновационных технологий по увеличению интенсификации добычи нефти в России в условиях санкционной политики запада

Статья рассматривает вопросы перспектив развития нефтедобычи через призму развития инновационных технологий в условиях санкционной политики западных стран. В статье сделан упор на один из самых проблематичных как в технологическом, так и в политическом плане районов нефтедобычи - Арктическую зону. В статье делается вывод об инвестиционной потребно сти региона. Освоение Арктического шельфа нуждается и в новых технологиях и доработке режимов налогообложения и господдержки для добычи нефти. Развитие промышленности в Арктической зоне и полноценное функционирование конкурентоспособного СМП являются глобальными задачами, лежа щими перед транспортно-промышленным комплексом Российской Федерации.

Economical effectiveness of innovational technologies to increase the intensification of oil production in Russia in the context of the sanctions policy of the West

The article considers the prospects of oil production development through the prism of innovative technologies in the conditions of sanctions policy of Western countries. The article focuses on one of the most problematic areas of oil production in both technological and political terms - the Arctic zone. The article con cludes about the investment needs of the region. The development of the Arctic shelf requires new technologies and refinement of tax regimes and state support for oil production. The development of industry in the Arctic zone and the full functioning of competitive SMEs are global challenges facing the transport and industrial complex of the Russian Federation.
