Анализировали содержание селена и аскорбиновой кислоты в листьях и черешках различных сортообразцов китайской капусты из коллекции Всероссийского НИИ растениеводства им. Н.И. Вавилова под влиянием обработки семян и растений растворами селената натрия. Исследовали зависимость содержания аскорбиновой кислоты от температуры выращивания и интенсивности освещения в период вегетации.
The authors analyzed the content of selenium and ascorbic acid in leaves and leafstalks of different varieties of chinese cabbage from collection of N.I. Vavilov All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Plant Growing. They evaluated the effect of seeds and plants treatment by solutions of sodium selenate on selenium and ascorbic acid accumulation and also investigated the relationship between ascorbic acid content and temperature during growing and also light intensity during vegetation period. It was shown, that the treatment by sodium selenate solutions at a concentration of 10-5 M promotes to essential increase of contents of selenium (3-4 times) and ascorbic acid (13-14 %) in plants. The forms of chinese cabbage with valuable biochemical content and tolerance to stress-factors were isolated, which the authors proposed to use for breeding.
