Проблемы адаптации младших школьников к психофизическим нагрузкам учебного процесса

Рассматривается вопрос о недостаточной двигательной активности и нерациональной организации учебного процесса младших школьников без учета их возрастных особенностей. Анализируется проблема повышения уровня адаптации учащихся начальных классов к психофизическим нагрузкам учебного процесса.

Problem of primary school pupils adaptation to the psychophisical load of the educational process

This article examines the problem of motional activity lack and nonrational organization of the educational process in the primary school according to pupils age-specific. The problem of rising level of adaptation to the psychophysical load of the educational process for junior pupils was analyzed.
