Некоторые аспекты и перспективы сотрудничества стран-участниц ЕАЭС в рамках корпоративных отношений

Европейский экономический союз (далее ЕАЭС) пришел на смену Евразийскому экономическому сообществу (ЕврАзЭс). Цель создания и развития ЕАЭС, в том числе, - обеспечить стабильное развитие экономик стран-участниц, модернизировать их и повысить уровень жизни населения. Чтобы достичь этой цели, члены объединения проводят «скоординированную, согласованную или единую экономическую политику». В настоящее время в состав ЕАЭС входят пять стран: Республика Армения, Республика Беларусь, Республика Казахстан, Кыргызская Республика и Российская Федерация. В представленном исследовании пойдет речь о статусе и деятельности особых юридических лиц в ЕАЭС, о возможности интеграции законодательств указанных стран и о необходимых, по мнению авторов, изменениях и конкретизации отношений указанных стран для реализации направлений их политик.

The European Economic Union (hereinafter EAEU) replaced the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC). The goal of the creation and development of the EAEU, among other things, is to ensure the stable development of the economies of the participating countries, modernize them and increase the standard of living of the population. To achieve this goal, the members of the association carry out "coordinated or unified economic policies." Currently, the EAEU includes five countries: the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation. The presented study will discuss the status and activities of special legal entities in the EAEU, the possibility of integrating the laws of these countries and the necessary, according to the authors, changes and specifics of relations between these countries for the implementation of their policies.
