Особенности взаимодействия России и Индии в области подготовки инвестиционных проектов

В данной статье авторы отмечают, что распад Советского Союза, подъем Индии и Китая, напряженность между США и Китаем, углубление американо-индийских связей и российско-китайское партнерство, усиленное разрывом России с Западом в связи с «украинским кризисом», оказали определенное влияние на российско-индийские отношения. Из трех столпов отношений Москвы и Нью-Дели основное внимание уделяется инвестиционному сотрудничеству. В рамках статьи авторы отмечают, что инвестиционное сотрудничество предусмотрено в таких приоритетных секторах, как торговля углеводородами, в области атомной энергетики, поставках удобрений, информационных технологий, фармацевтической области и других. Авторы отмечают, что обе страны развивают сотрудничество на фоне негативного давления западных стран на Индию, с целью заморозить контакты. Тем не менее, правительство Индия продолжает развивать диалог с Россией на различных направлениях.

In this article, the authors note that the collapse of the Soviet Union, the rise of India and China, the tension between the US and China, the deepening of US-Indian ties and the Russian-Chinese partnership, reinforced by Russia’s break with the West and the “Ukrainian crisis”, had a profound impact on Russian-Indian relations. Of the three pillars of relations between Moscow and New Delhi, the main focus is on investment cooperation. Large investments in each other’s economies, including in the energy sector, give India and Russia an even greater interest in the long-term well-being of the two sides. Both governments have taken initiatives to promote bilateral investments, primarily by facilitating high-level government-to-business and business-to-business contacts, in addition to the ongoing investment process in strategic sectors in both countries. Within the framework of the article, the authors note that investment cooperation is envisaged in some priority sectors, such as trade in hydrocarbons, coal, relations in the field of nuclear energy, supply of fertilizers, information technology, mineral raw materials and metallurgy, steel, pharmaceutical field, as well as joint infrastructure projects. In conclusion, it is noted that both India and Russia are making conscious efforts to promote the establishment of new contacts and broader cooperation between commercial and industrial circles and business associations of the two countries. While Western countries insist on ending exchanges with Russia, India maintains relations with Russia and focuses on the economic development of the national economy, as well as enhancing investment cooperation with Moscow.
