Nutrition science is a multidisciplinary field covering a wide range of knowledge from food production to medical aspects about the role of nutrition in human growth and development, maintaining vital body functions and, of course, in ensuring human health (1). The science of nutrition includes a significant part of human activity, which opens up all sorts of aspects with other areas of science, such as economics, health and social sciences.
