ОЦЕНКА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ ПРИ РЕКОНСТРУКЦИИ ЗДАНИЙ

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с оценкой эффективности организационно-технологических решений при реконструкции зданий. Рассмотрены основные условия и причины для проведения реконструкции зданий. Определено понятие «реконструкция» зданий. Автором статьи подчеркивается важность использования комплексного подхода к оценочной деятельности при проведении реконструкции. Изучены факторы, влияющие на процессы выбора и принятия решений. Рассмотрены различные модели оценки эффективности принимаемых организационно-технологических моделей. Разработан алгоритм оценки эффективности принятия организационно-технологических решений при реконструкции зданий.

This article discusses issues related to the evaluation of the effectiveness of organizational and technological solutions in the reconstruction of buildings. The main conditions and reasons for the reconstruction of buildings are considered. The concept of "reconstruction" of buildings is defined. The author of the article emphasizes the importance of using an integrated approach to evaluation activities during reconstruction. The factors influencing the processes of choice and decision-making are studied. Various models for evaluating the effectiveness of accepted organizational and technological models are considered. An algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and technological decisions in the reconstruction of buildings has been developed.
