Роль современных компаний по производству и реализации инновационной продукции в новой реальности

Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что инновации в современных условиях являются объективной необходимостью стабильности экономического развития. В условиях жесточайших санкций и ограничения импорта со стороны недружественных стран, активизация отечественных условий для развития инноваций во всех отраслевых направлениях, определяет перспективы роста экономики, как на уровне федерального центра, так и на уровне субъектов РФ. В связи с этим, данная статья направлена на выявление специфики инноваций. В статье раскрываются современные мировые тенденции, связанные с развитием инноваций, и формируются методические подходы к их реализации. Отмечается, что каждая отдельная отрасль формирует свой сегмент инновационной реальности. Объем инновационной продукции в каждой отдельной отрасли должен стать базовым критерием, определяющим эффективность инновационной политики. Ведущим подходом к исследованию данной проблемы является синтез прикладных исследований и научного обоснования критериев инновационности, как явления современной реальности, позволяющий комплексно рассмотреть специфику и тенденции инновационного развития. В статье представлены научные подходы к оценке самого понятия «инновация», раскрыты механизмы реализации инноваций в контексте мирового опыта, выявлены проблемы, определяющие инфраструктуру инновационного развития государства, обоснованы условия критериальной оценки инноваций, исходя из формирующих условий отрасли, в которой они реализуются. Материалы статьи представляют практическую ценность для практического обоснования и оценке уровня инновационности в прикладных исследованиях по данному направлению.

The relevance of the research is due to the fact that innovation in modern conditions is an objective necessity for the stability of economic development. In the conditions of severe sanctions and restrictions on imports from unfriendly countries, activation of domestic conditions for the development of innovation in all sectoral directions, determines the prospects for economic growth, both at the level of the federal center, and at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation. In this regard, this article aims to identify the specifics of innovation. The article reveals current global trends associated with the development of innovation and forms methodological approaches to their implementation. It is noted that each individual industry forms its own segment of innovative reality. The volume of innovative products in each individual industry should be the basic criterion that determines the effectiveness of innovation policy. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the synthesis of applied research and scientific substantiation of the criteria of innovativeness as a phenomenon of modern reality, allowing a comprehensive view of the specifics and trends of innovative development. The article presents scientific approaches to assessment of the very concept of "innovation", reveals mechanisms of innovations implementation in the context of world experience, reveals problems that determine the infrastructure of innovative development of the state, substantiates conditions of criterial assessment of innovation, based on the forming conditions of the industry in which they are implemented. Materials of the article are of practical value for practical justification and assessment of the level of innovativeness in applied research in this direction.
