КОСМИЧЕСКАЯ ИНДУСТРИЯ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ КАК ПЛОЩАДКА ДЛЯ РАЗВИТИЯ ВЫСОКОТЕХНОЛОГИЧНЫХ ПРОИЗВОДСТВ: ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫЕ ИМПЕРАТИВЫ И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ

Цель: провести анализ структуры издержек предприятий высокотехнологичного производства на разработку научно-технологических проектов. Обсуждение: статья посвящена вопросам космической отрасли Российской Федерации, представлена в качестве инструмента, способствующего развитию высокотехнологичных производств и имеющего свои особенности функционирования и обеспечения устойчивого управления на основе ГЧП-предприятий. Результаты: визуализирована структура издержек предприятий высокотехнологичного производства на разработку научно-технологических проектов. Отмечается искусственное увеличение сроков реализации космической программы частными предприятиями для максимизации, получаемой прибыли. Рассмотрены направления космической индустрии, основные функции государственно-частного партнерства в высокотехнологичном производстве в Российской Федерации и проведен SWOT-анализ космической промышленности Российской Федерации.

Objective: to analyze the cost structure of high-tech production enterprises for the development of scientific and technological projects. Discussion: the article is devoted to the issues of the space industry of the Russian Federation, presented as a tool that promotes the development of high-tech industries and has its own peculiarities of functioning and ensuring sustainable management based on PPP enterprises. Results: the structure of costs of high-tech enterprises for the development of scientific and technological projects is visualized. There is an artificial increase in the timing of the implementation of the space program by private enterprises to maximize the profits received. The directions of the space industry, the main functions of public-private partnership in high-tech production in the Russian Federation are considered and a SWOT analysis of the space industry of the Russian Federation is carried out.
