НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ СОЗДАНИЯ БЛАГОПРИЯТНОЙ СРЕДЫ ВЕДЕНИЯ БИЗНЕСА В РАМКАХ ЕАЭС

Статья посвящена анализу условий ведения бизнеса в рамках недавно образованного Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС). В статье представлены итоги последних двух лет функционирования ЕАЭС. Проводится анализ экономического потенциала стран ЕАЭС на основе сопоставления основных макроэкономических показателей. Также рассматриваются проблемы, стоящие перед ЕАЭС, пути их решения и их влияние на условия ведения бизнеса. Особое внимание уделено исследованию привлекательности стран ЕАЭС по международному рейтингу «Doing Business». Из стран ЕАЭС в статье более подробно рассмотрен потенциал Армении. На основе проведенного анализа сделан вывод о большой привлекательности Армении для ведения бизнеса, а также о важности свободной экономической зоны, созданной в Армении, для дальнейшего развития Союза.

THE DIRECTION OF CREATING AN ENABLING ENVIRONMENT FOR BUSINESS IN THE EAEU

The article is devoted to the analysis of the potential of creating an enabling environment for Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) that has been recently formed. The article describes the results of the last two years of EAEU functioning. The article analyses the economic potential of EAEU countries based on comparison of main macroeconomic indices and addresses, the challenges facing EAEU, ways of dealing with this problems and impact of these challenges on the conditions of doing business. The special attention is paid to the research of attractiveness of EAEU countries by international rating “Doing Business”. From EAEU countries the potential of Armenia is considered in more detail. Based on the conducted analysis, the report draws conclusions on the attractiveness of Armenia for doing business and on the importance of free trade zone based in Armenia for the further development of the Union.
