S7 AIRLINES: HOW TO INCREASE BRAND AWARENESS AS THE LARGEST AIRLINE IN RUSSIA

Every company wonders how to increase brand awareness. It is a truly vital question as it influences relationships with customers. A high level of brand awareness helps increase the number of loyal customers and also attract new ones. The aim of this research is to identify the steps that can contribute to the growth of brand recognition on the example of S7 Airlines. S7 Airlines succeeded in building a positive brand image and a loyal customer base and managed to become one the most recognizable companies in Russia. To understand the key to its success it is important to analyze the airline's history, brand strategies, values and main ways of promotion. The study also contains a detailed analysis of one of the most effective advertising campaigns of S7 Airlines. Research methods include the collection of information and its analysis. The study showed that S7 Airlines managed to achieve success by prioritizing implementing innovative ideas and creative approaches, offering high-quality services, using effective methods of promotion.
