Современные достижения в области генетических и репродуктивных технологий человека относятся к событиям, резко нарушающим баланс между духовными и материальными составляющими жизни в контексте устойчивого развития. В данной статье проанализированы юридические аспекты Ислама по вопросам редактирования генома человека и применения технологии CRISPR/Cas9, обозначены релевантные этические принципы шариата, дана оценка допустимости ДНК-манипуляций и совместимости с научным прогрессом ряда открытий в области генной инженерии.

Modern advances in the field of human genetic and reproductive technologies are among the latest events that upset the balance between the spiritual and material components of life. Studies of the legal aspects of Islam in the field of editing the human genome using the example of CRISPR / Cas9 technology and highlighting the ethical principles of Islam, when assessing the admissibility of DNA manipulations, are topical problems in connection with scientific progress in the field of genetic engineering. The article deals with the actual problems of DNA manipulation in the light of Islamic law.
