Разработка механизма устойчивого развития топливно-энергетического комплекса Республики Кот-д'Ивуар

В статье представлены результаты проверки гипотезы о реализации концепции устойчивого развития с преимущественным вниманием отраслям ТЭК в Республике Кот-д'Ивуар. Обоснованы выводы о наличии синергетического эффекта развития ТЭК страны, который заключается в совместной реализации экономических, социальных и экологических задач. Определены функциональные взаимосвязи между планом развития ТЭК и устойчивым развитием страны. Установлены роль и функциональное значение механизмов устойчивого развития ТЭК. Оценки произведены с использованием системного подхода, описательного и формально-логического методов. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в процессе реализации концепции устойчивого развития ТЭК в Республике Кот-д'Ивуар

The article presents the results of testing the hypothesis on the implementation of the concept of sustainable development with a primary focus on the fuel and energy sector in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The conclusions about the presence of a synergistic effect of the development of the country's fuel and energy complex, which consists in the joint implementation of economic, social and environmental tasks, are substantiated. The functional interrelations between the plan for the development of the fuel and energy complex and the sustainable development of the country are determined. The role and functional significance of the mechanisms of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex are established. Estimates were made using a systematic approach, descriptive and formal-logical methods. The results of the analysis can be used in the process of implementing the concept of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire
