ПРОБЛЕМА БОРЬБЫ С ДИСКРИМИНАЦИЕЙ ПО НАЦИОНАЛЬНОМУ ПРИЗНАКУ В СВЕТЕ ЦУР

В данной статье рассматривается актуальная борьбы с дискриминацией по национальному признаку. В ней содержится анализ практики отдельных государств и их представителей, содействующей усугублению проблемы дискриминации в обществе; дается ее оценка с точки зрения международного права в целом и в свете целей устойчивого развития, в частности, а также рассматриваются возможные фактические и юридические последствия поощрения подобных действий. В рамках настоящей статьи анализируются примеры дискриминации в отношении граждан России и в целом русскоговорящих в современных условиях межгосударственного общения.

THE PROBLEM OF FIGHTING DISCRIMINATION BASED ON NATIONAL SIGNS IN VIEW OF SDGs

This article discusses the actual fight against discrimination based on nationality. It contains an analysis of the practice of individual states and their representatives, contributing to the aggravation of the problem of discrimination in society; it is assessed from the point of view of international law in general and in the light of the sustainable development goals in particular, and also considers the possible factual and legal consequences of encouraging such actions. Within the framework of this article, examples of discrimination against Russian citizens and Russian speakers in general in the modern conditions of interstate communication are analyzed.
