В данной работе детальным образом разбирается вопрос формирования институтов судебной системы государства Объединённые Арабские Эмираты через призму исторического развития данного государства. В данной статье затронут также вопрос влияния правовых систем стран Запада на формирование судебной системы ОАЭ.

HISTORY OF JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

This paper examines in detail the issue of the formation of the institutions of the judicial system of the state of the United Arab Emirates through the prism of the historical development of this state. This article also touches upon the issue of the influence of the legal systems of Western countries on the formation of the judicial system of the UAE.
