ПРОБЛЕМНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЯ ЕСПЧ И РОССИИ

Статья посвящена анализу и оценке взаимодействия ЕСПЧ и России. Международное право - это важная составная часть национальной системы права в России, с опорой на принципы которого выстраивается весь базис внутреннего курса страны. Европейский суд по правам человека служит одним из важнейших инструментов в отстаивании прав и свобод человека, а также является самым независимым и беспристрастным международным судебным органом. Европейский суд по правам человека был основан в 1959 году, его основной задачей является рассмотрение жалоб, поданных индивидуальными заявителями или государствами. Основной вид жалоб - нарушение прав, выраженных в Европейской Конвенции о защите прав человека. С 1998 года Суд заседает на постоянной основе, в городе Страсбург, во Дворце прав человека.

PROBLEM ASPECTS OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE ECtHR AND RUSSIA

The article is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of interaction between the ECtHR and Russia. International law is an important component of the national system of law in Russia, based on the principles of which the entire basis of the country's internal course is built. The European Court of Human Rights serves as one of the most important instruments in upholding human rights and freedoms and is also the most independent and impartial international judicial body. The European Court of Human Rights was founded in 1959, its main task is to consider complaints filed by individual applicants or states. The main type of complaints is a violation of the rights expressed in the European Convention on Human Rights. Since 1998, the Court has been sitting on a permanent basis, in the city of Strasbourg, in the Palace of Human Rights.
