ЗАРУБЕЖНЫЙ ОПЫТ УЧАСТИЯ ПРОКУРОРА В УГОЛОВНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ

Изучение зарубежного опыта способствует, с одной стороны, расширению своего представления о роли прокурора в производстве по уголовному делу, с другой, возможности заимствования1 наиболее успешного опыта зарубежных стран в целях совершенствования собственного законодательства и практики. При этом важно помнить, что внедрение иностранного опыта возможно только в случае, когда другое государство имеют схожее уголовно-процессуальное устройство.

FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF THE PARTICIPATION OF THE PROSECUTOR IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS

The study of foreign experience contributes, on the one hand, to expanding one's understanding of the role of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings, on the other hand, the possibility of borrowing the most successful experience of foreign countries in order to improve one's own legislation and practice. At the same time, it is important to remember that the introduction of foreign experience is possible only if another state has a similar criminal procedure structure.
