ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПРАВОГО СТАТУСА СУДЕЙ КОЛЛЕГИИ ПО УГОЛОВНЫМ ДЕЛАМ ВЕРХОВНОГО СУДА РФ

В РФ судебную власть осуществляют суды, что определено в Основном законе страны. Осуществление правосудия судами, происходит путем действий судей, привлекаемых согласно законодательству ВКЗ «О судебной системе РФ», Конституции РФ, а также Закона РФ «О статусе судей в РФ». Для реализации судебной власти судьи наделяются определенным правовым положением, иначе статусом, то есть имеют права и обязанности, определенные законом. Важно отметить, что деятельность судей выступает независимой от любых органов и подчиняется только букве закона. Принимаемые судьями решения и распоряжения, являются обязательными для всех, как органов власти, так и физических, юридических лиц.
