Концессионная политика РСФСР и СССР: охват территорий

Исследуется концессионная политика РСФСР и СССР в ее взаимосвязи с созданием и развитием федеративного государства. На основе анализа нормативных правовых актов Советского государства показана интегрирующая роль РСФСР и СССР в концессионной политике, связанной с привлечением иностранного капитала для развития народного хозяйства на пространстве союзного государства.

CONCESSION POLICY OF THE RSFSR AND THE USSR: THE INVOLVEMENT OF TERRITORIES

The study is devoted to the concession policy of the RSFSR and the USSR in their relationship with the creation and development of the Union state. Based on the analysis of normative legal acts of the Soviet state, the author shows integrating role of the RSFSR and the USSR in the concession policy associated with attracting foreign capital for the development of the economy on the space of the Union state.
