Статья посвящена теоретическим основам управления инновациями в нефтяной промышленности. Рассматриваются теоретические основы управления инновациями в углеводородной промышленности с помощью таких основных концепций, как управление технологиями, технологии инноваций, передача технологий, национальные инновационные системы и т.д., а также некоторые специфики практических стратегий на глобальном уровне. Описаны стратегии технологического планирования и управления в нефтяной промышленности, а также показаны некоторые конкретные результаты их действия. Особое внимание уделяется надлежащему управлению, чтобы минимизировать ущерб окружающей среде, а также добиться большей рентабельности и эффективности для новых продуктов в обеспечение роста конкурентоспособности их производителя.

This article is devoted to the theoretical foundations of innovation management in the oil industry. It discusses the theoretical foundations of innovation management in the hydrocarbon industry through key concepts such as technology management, technology innovation, technology transfer, national innovation systems, etc., and some specification of practical strategies at the global level. It describes some of the planning and technology management strategies in the petroleum industry and shows some of the concrete results of their impact. Particular attention is paid to proper management in order to minimize environmental damage, as well as achieve greater profitability and efficiency of new products obtained, thereby bringing companies to a competitive market.
