АНАТОМИЧЕСКОЕ ОБОСНОВАНИЕ ПОРАЖЕНИЯ СЕРДЦА ПРИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОМ ТОНЗИЛЛИТЕ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Взаимосвязь заболевания небных миндалин и поражения сердца отмечена многочисленными исследованиями и клиническими наблюдениями. Целью нашей работы явилось анатомическое обоснование распространения инфекции из небных миндалин к сердцу по лимфатическим путям на основе анализа литературы по данной теме. Для анатомического обоснования взаимосвязи лимфатического русла небных миндалин и сердца мы обратились к многочисленным работам лимфологов Ивановской, Ленинградской, Воронежской, Томской и других школ, которые были проведены в 40-х-70-х годах по изучению связей лимфатической системы органов головы и шеи, а также органов грудной полости с помощью полихромной интерстициальной инъекции. Выносящие лимфатические сосуды небных миндалин направляются преимущественно в верхнюю группу глубоких шейных лимфатических узлов. К регионарным ЛУ сердца относятся многочисленные узлы переднего и заднего средостения, нижние трахеобронхиальные лимфатические узлы. Связи лимфатической системы небных миндалин и сердца были обнаружены в нижних глубоких шейных и паратрахеальных лимфатических узлах. Таким образом, данные в отношении лимфатической связи между небными миндалинами и сердцем показывают возможность распространения по лимфатической системе возбудителей инфекции от небных миндалин к сердцу.

ANATOMICAL JUSTIFICATION OF HEART DAMAGE IN CHRONIC TONSILLITIS (REVIEW OF LITERATURE)

The relationship between the palatine tonsils disease and heart damage has been showed by numerous studies and clinical observations. An anatomical justification of the spread of infection from the palatine tonsils to the heart through the lymphatic pathways based on an analysis of the literature on the subject was the aim of this paper. For anatomical justification of close relationship between the lymphatic bed of the tonsils and heart we turned to papers of numerous scientists of different scientific schools, which were carried out from the 40's to the 70's devoted to study of connections between the lymphatic system of the organs of the head and neck, as well as thoracic organs by means of polychrome and interstitial injection of the lymphatic vessels. The efferent lymphatic vessels of the palatine tonsils are traveling mainly to the upper group of deep cervical lymph nodes. Regional lymph nodes of the heart include numerous nodes of the anterior and posterior mediastinum, lower tracheobronchial lymph nodes. Connections of the lymphatic system between the palatine tonsils and the heart were found in the lower deep cervical and paratracheal lymph nodes. Thus, according to the experimental data the lymphatic connection between the palatine tonsils and the heart showed the possibility of spreading of infectious agents from the palatine tonsils to the heart through the lymphatic system.
