МОДЕЛЬ ОБОСНОВАНИЯ СРОКОВ МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ ЭКСПОРТИРУЕМОЙ ПРОДУКЦИИ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ ОБОРОННО-ПРОМЫШЛЕННОГО КОМПЛЕКСА

В статье рассматривается подход к построению модели определения обоснования сроков модернизации экспортируемой продукции военного назначения (ПВН). Предлагаемый подход включает два этапа. Первый этап состоит в построении обобщенного скалярного показателя конкурентоспособности и критерия возникновения угрозы вытеснения ПВН с рынка вооружения и военной техники вследствие появления конкурирующей продукции с более привлекательными для потребителя характеристиками. На втором этапе с учетом прогнозируемой динамики обобщенного показателя для продукции конкурентов определяется требуемый срок модернизации продукции, выпускаемой предприятиями ОПК.

The article considers an approach to the construction of a model for determining the justification for the modernization of exported military products. The proposed approach includes two stages. The first stage consists in constructing a generalized scalar indicator of competitiveness and a criterion for the threat of displacement of PVN from the market of weapons and military equipment due to the appearance of competing products with more attractive characteristics for the consumer. At the second stage, taking into account the projected dynamics of the generalized indicator for competitors' products, the required period of modernization of products manufactured by defense industry enterprises is determined.
