ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR THE PROCESSING OF INTERFEROGRAMS FROM SPHERICAL MIRRORS WITH A CENTRAL APERTURE

An algorithm is presented that can be used to correlate inspection data with differences between the positions of the centers of spherical surfaces with a central aperture, and to improve the precision with which the inspected surfaces can be approximated analytically.
