Статья посвящена сравнительному анализу особенностей ИБСА и БРИКС в контексте изучения истории их формирования, структуры и механизмов функционирования. Показана приоритетность глобальной экономической составляющей в деятельности БРИКС в отличие от интеграционной в ИБСА.

IBSA – PAST? BRICS – FUTURE? What is IBSA?

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the specific features of IBSA and BRICS in the context of studying the history of their formation, structure and mechanisms of functioning. It also shows priority of the global economic component in the BRICS activity, in contrast to the integration component of IBSA.
