«АРАБСКАЯ ВЕСНА» И ПОЗИЦИЯ РОССИИ

В статье предпринята попытка дать анализ событий «арабской весны» в контексте развития революционных процессов на Арабском Востоке. Показана решающая роль демографического фактора, когда поколенческая структура арабского общества вывела на авансцену истории «четвертую силу» – молодежь, что стало возможным в условиях глобализации информационно-коммуникационного пространства.

The “Arab Spring” and the Position of Russia

The article attempts to analyze the events of the “Arab spring” in the context of the development of the revolutionary processes in the Arab East. It shows the decisive role of the demographic factor, when the generation structure of Arab society brought to the fore the “fourth force” – young people, which became possible in the conditions of the globalization of the information-communication area.
