Статья посвящена процессу политического урегулирования и демократизации в Д.Р. Конго после окончания «первой мировой африканской войны» под руководством Жозефа Кабилы. Показано содержание «Межконголезского диалога», рассмотрены трудности конголезской «перестройки», организации и проведения президентских выборов 2006 г., сделан вывод о завершении переходного этапа в ДРК.
Democratic Republic of Congo: Formation of Democratic Institutions of Power
The article is devoted to the process of political settlement and democratization in the Democratic Republic of Congo after the end of the “First African war” under the leadership of Joseph Kabila. The essence of the “Inter-Congolese dialogue” is revealed, the difficulties of Congolese “perestroika”, the organization and carrying out of the presidential elections of 2006 are analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that the transition stage in the DRC has ended.
