PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF A PANDEMIC IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS IN INDIA
This article deals with the issues of evidentiary civil law of India, namely, the presentation of evidence in civil court proceedings under the conditions of the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection is analyzed and investigated. As an example, several court cases are given, explanations and comments of judicial authorities are investigated, opinions of legal entities and third competent and interested persons are presented.
