ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ СМЫСЛОЖИЗНЕННЫХ ОРИЕНТАЦИЙ И ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ ЛИЧНОСТИ

В статье представлены результаты пилотажного исследования по выявлению зависимости ответственности и смысложизненных ориентаций личности. Ответственность рассматривается как профессиональное важное свойство личности у сотрудников судебной системы. В ходе исследования выявлены и охарактеризованы определенные закономерности соотношения данных психологических феноменов. Установлено, что сотрудники с доминированием таких показателей, как цели в жизни и локус контроля Я и жизни, имеют более выраженные значения по показателям ответственности.

The article presents the results of a pilot study to identify the dependence of responsibility and life-meaning orientations of the individual. Responsibility is viewed as an important professional personality trait among employees of the judicial system. In the course of the study, certain patterns of correlation of these psychological phenomena were identified and characterized. It was found that employees with the dominance of such indicators as goals in life and the locus of control of the self and life have more pronounced values in terms of responsibility indicators.
