СОСТОЯНИЕ И КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТЬ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧЕСКОЙ ОТРАСЛИ В УСЛОВИЯХ COVID-19

В данной статье рассматриваются новые направления развития фармацевтической отрасли правительства России в контексте глобальной системы и приоритетное развитие глобального рынка лекарств, а также выявляется влияние пандемии COVID-19 на фармацевтический рынок России. С помощью анализа выделены новые тренды его развития, а также приоритетные направления. Несмотря на то, что львиная доля мирового фармацевтического рынка принадлежит трем крупнейшим игрокам - США, Китаю и Японии, а доля России крайне мала, в последние годы страна демонстрирует рост в данной отрасли. COVID-19 создал многомиллиардный рынок вакцин, необходимых для предотвращения распространения пандемии, восстановления экономики и начала перехода к новой парадигме во всем мире. Россия прилагает ряд усилий по расширению зарубежных продаж и производства вакцины «Спутник V». По сути это является самой серьезной попыткой вывести российскую фармацевтическую промышленность на международный рынок. На развитие фармацевтической промышленности серьезное влияние оказывает цифровизация и переход к новым технологиям. Российский рынок в данном контексте не исключение. Однако пандемия привела к обострению проблем в фармацевтической отрасли не только на национальном уровне, но и на глобальном.

This article considers new trends in the development of the pharmaceutical industry of the Russian government in the context of the global system and the priority development of the global drug market, and identifies the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the pharmaceutical market in Russia. New trends of its development as well as priority areas are highlighted through the analysis. Despite the fact that the lion's share of the global pharmaceutical market belongs to the three major players - the United States, China and Japan, and Russia's share is extremely small, in recent years the country has shown growth in this industry. COVID-19 has created a multi-billion dollar market for the vaccines needed to prevent the spread of the pandemic, restore the economy and begin the transition to a new paradigm around the world. Russia has made several efforts to expand foreign sales and production of the Sputnik V vaccine. In fact, this is the most serious attempt to bring the Russian pharmaceutical industry to the international market. The development of the pharmaceutical industry is seriously influenced by digitalization and the transition to new technologies. The Russian market in this context is no exception. However, the pandemic has led to the aggravation of problems in the pharmaceutical industry not only at the national level, but also at the global level.
