In today's society, where there is high uncertainty, innovation is presented as a fundamental tool to increase the competitiveness of companies and other organizations. It is proposed to identify the management of innovation in companies from the analysis of technological clusters using roadmapping and nine windows techniques. The roadmapping technique is chosen as the most efficient. The cluster contributes to the dynamization of innovative projects as a catalyst to take advantage of synergies between partners, other entities or companies, and partners of other clusters. An adequate management of innovation in these technological conglomerates ensures a sustainable development and a high global competitiveness in terms of digital economy. Startups, as technology-based companies with high growth potential, are key economic agents in driving innovation. The application of these techniques implies a development of these current companies.
